Estate Planning

We provide personalized estate plans including simple wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills (Advanced Health Care Directives), charitable trusts, pet trusts, and Medicare and Medicaid planning. A flat fee is quoted following the initial client meeting.

Contracts

We draft and review contracts for individuals, small businesses, and large businesses with the same attention to detail to protect your interests. Review of an individual contract is charged on an hourly basis. If a business or individual would like to engage under a retainer agreement, an upfront retainer fee for a specified time period will be quoted and discussed.

Real Estate

We draft and review real estate agreements including leases, purchase and sale agreements, option agreements, and deeds, among others. A flat fee will be quoted for the drafting of a real estate agreement, determined following the initial client meeting. Review of a real estate agreement is charged on an hourly basis. If a business or individual would like to engage under a retainer agreement, an upfront retainer fee for a specified time period will be quoted and discussed.
